End-User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the QuizzlerAI Play app on your compatible devices
• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access the app's features and services as intended

1.2 License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the app
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive source code
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels
• Distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the app
• Use the app for commercial purposes without express permission
• Access the app through unauthorized third-party applications

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 Ownership

The QuizzlerAI Play app and all related intellectual property rights are and remain our exclusive property. This includes:

• Source code, object code, and executable files
• User interface design and user experience
• AI algorithms and question generation technology
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
• Documentation and help materials

The app may include third-party software components that are subject to separate license terms. These components are clearly identified and their respective licenses are incorporated by reference.

3. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store:

• This EULA is between you and us, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the app or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app
• You may contact Apple regarding refunds in accordance with Apple's policies
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA

3.2 Google Play Store

If you downloaded the app from Google Play:

• This EULA is between you and us, not Google
• Google is not responsible for the app or its content
• Google has no obligation to provide support for the app
• You may contact Google regarding refunds in accordance with Google's policies

4. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. The app's data collection and usage practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. User-Generated Content

• ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (IF ANY)
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY YOUR MISUSE OF THE APP
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR SERVICES

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the app in violation of this EULA
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit or generate through the app
• Your breach of applicable laws or regulations

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

• You may terminate this EULA by uninstalling the app
• You may request account deletion through the app or by contacting us
• Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination

• We may terminate this EULA if you violate its terms
• We may discontinue the app with reasonable notice
• Upon termination, you must cease using the app and delete all copies

11. Export Compliance

The app may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations in your use of the app.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

13. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

14. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the app. This EULA supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
